What is your cancellation policy?

YOU CAN CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE, BUT WE DO NOT CHARGE IN ADVANCE AS THE PAYMENT IS DONE ON BOARD. PLEASE BE SO KIND, AND NOTIFY US WITH BY PHONE CALL, MESSAGE OR WITH AN EMAIL.

Can I get a refund?

THERE IS NO PRIOR PAYMENT.

Can I pay with card?

NO, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CARDS, BUT YOU CAN PAY BY A BANK TRANSFER.

Can I pay with cash?

YES.

Can I make my reservation < 24 hours in advance?

YES, WE ACCEPT RESERVATIONS UP TO 2 HOURS BEFORE THE TOUR IF THE TIME SLOT IS VACANT.

Can I make a reservation by phone?

YES, AND THIS IS THE QUICKEST WAY.

Can we book your boat for photo shooting or commercial purposes?

YES, SURE.

I am pregnant, can I come on board?

YES, SURE.

Are your tours suitable for kids?

YES, SURE.

Are your tours suitable for disable people?

YES, BUT IT DEPENDS ON THE SPACE NEEDED, CONTACT US FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.

Do you have life jackets on your boat?

YES, WE HAVE 6 FOR ADULTS AND 2 FOR CHILDREN.

Can we celebrate the birthday party on your boat?

YES, AND ANY OTHER PARTICULAR CELEBRATION.

Which languages do you speak?

ENGLISH, ITALIAN, PORTUGUESE, CROATIAN.

Can I bring my dog?

YES, JUST OF SMALL SIZE ONES AND THAT HAVE PRIOR BOAT EXPERIENCE.

How many people fit in your boat?

MAX 5 ADULTS, BUT IF IT IS A MIXED GROUP (CHILDREN WITH ADULTS), WE MAKE EXCEPTIONS. FOR MORE INFORMATIONS, PLEASE CONTACT US.

I am a solo traveler, can I join a group?

YES, LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE SO WE WILL TRY FIND OTHER PEOPLE WILLING TO SHARE THE TOUR.

Does the tour include food and drinks?

YES, A PART FROM THE YOGA TOUR.

Do you make lactose free food?

YES, ON REQUEST.
